Double Time: I freed myself from the first imagined object.

510x270x450mm Dad's film screen, tent pole, eyelets, guy rope, hi-vis string and an origami pattern based on Jun Maekawa's Rabbit. The title Double Time refers to the double exposed Super 8 of my dad's that I developed after his death. It shows the woman he was having an affair with playing tennis in tennis whites on a grass court at a suburban tennis club. This is overlaid by a camping holiday with his children, hence the tent pole. Children run up to the camera holding crabs and it shows various sports at a country fair, egg and spoon and the end of a cross country race. This film is projected on the rabbit.
